The professional figures belonging to our team ensure quality and effectiveness across all corporate departments, headed by the different coordinators.

PURCHASING DEPARTMENT

We manage the product supply from Italy and Europe. We directly communicate with different suppliers and carry out a constant monitoring and scouting activity, in order to implement and update our catalogue with the latest sector novelties.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANE DEPARTMENT

We are in direct contact with the end-customer and we provide technical and administrative support on spare parts and service requests for machines included in our catalogue.

ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT

Our activities are focused on accounting management, order confirmation, control and monitoring of inventories.

MANAGEMENT CONTROL DEPARTMENT

Our aim is to monitor, develop and constantly improve the main company processes.

IT DEPARTMENT – SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

Our purpose is to develop and guarantee hardware and software assistance to the company.

SHIPPING DEPARTMENT

We provide customer assistance for everything that concerns the shipping process; we manage the relationship with different carrier companies and deal with the related administration.

REPAIR WORKSHOP

We are a team of expert mechanics focused on the examination and reparation of equipment included in our catalogue

LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT

We take care of all machinery warehousing, storing, packaging and shipping.

HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT

Our area is focused on the management of any HR and recruitment activity.

GERMAN DEPARTMENT

We directly manage the relationships with our customers in the German market. Our department is divided into two offices: Marketing/Sales/Administration Department and After-Sales/Customer Care Department.

UK DEPARTMENT

We directly manage the relationships with our customers in the English market. Our department is divided into two offices: Marketing/Sales/Administration Department and After-Sales/Customer Care Department.

SPANISH DEPARTMENT

We directly manage the relationships with our customers in the Spanish market. Our department is divided into two offices: Marketing/Sales/Administration Department and After-Sales/Customer Care Department.

CHINEESE IMPORT DEPARTMENT

We deal with the management of product orders from China and handling local imports.

MARKETING DEPARTMENT

We define web marketing strategies and the related campaigns for the major European markets; our area is responsible for managing social campaigns, writing press releases/materials and public relations activities.

CONTENT MARKETING DEPARTMENT

We draft the description of the products included in our catalogue and take photos and videos for the related product sheet on the website.

SALES DEPARTMENT

We provide customer assistance during the pre-sales, shipping and after-sales (first technical assistance) steps. We cooperate closely with customers to provide innovative solutions and help them during the purchase procedure.
